About Me
Hi, I’m Michelle Wegter, and I founded Innara in early 2025 to create a safe, compassionate space where connection, healing, and personal growth can truly flourish. I’ve always been fascinated by the human experience; how we think, feel, learn, and transform. This curiosity led me to earn academic degrees in psychology, neuroscience, and learning & development, as well as certifications in coaching and breathwork.
Over the years, I’ve worked as a trainer, coach, and learning & development specialist in diverse organizations. Alongside my coaching practice, I also work as a behavioural scientist, coach and mediator in youth care, where I support families through challenging divorces and complex relational dynamics. At the heart of it all, what brings me the most joy is guiding people toward self-awareness, healing, and meaningful change; helping them step into the most aligned and authentic version of themselves and create a positive impact on the world around them.
Alongside the science, I’ve always felt deeply connected to the spiritual and intuitive side of life. My own experiences through breathwork reminded me of something I have always known but often ignored: the body holds profound wisdom. Whether through yoga, trail running, hiking, or simply breathing with awareness, I found my way back to presence, beyond overthinking and mental loops.
This embodied and intuitive approach now forms the heart of Innara. I offer personalised, holistic guidance: a blend of coaching, counseling, breathwork, movement, and nature. Together, we recognise patterns, shift perspectives, and transform coping mechanisms that no longer serve you. My work especially supports those healing from toxic relationships, trauma, or emotional patterns.
I also believe that our individual challenges don’t exist in isolation. We are part of larger systems; families, cultures, societal norms, and economic structures, that profoundly shape how we see ourselves and relate to the world.
From patriarchal dynamics and social media influences to systemic pressures around success, productivity, and worth, these forces affect our nervous systems, relationships, and sense of belonging. In my work, we look at both: the inner world of emotions, wounds, and patterns, and the outer world of systems and expectations, so you can reclaim your freedom and reconnect with what truly matters.
Whether you’ve never tried coaching or therapy before and are looking for a safe, welcoming space, or you’ve already been through therapy but feel you haven’t yet found what you truly need, I aim to offer a different kind of support. My approach integrates science, intuition, and embodiment, providing a mirror and tools that may reach you in ways conventional settings sometimes don’t.
I also feel deeply connected to nature, not just as something to enjoy, but as something we are. Nature is a profound source of healing and wisdom, and I believe that by caring for ourselves, we also care for the planet. That’s why I donate a portion of Innara’s profits to environmental and social causes that align with this vision of reciprocity, restoration, and reconnection.
Every path is unique. I bring a
grounded,
systemic, and
holistic approach to help you understand yourself, your relationships, and the world around you more deeply. My role is to provide
clarity,
support, and
practical tools so you can reconnect with yourself and move forward with confidence.
About Innara
Innara symbolizes awakening: stepping into greater self-awareness and discovering your inner light. It represents transformation, growth, and renewal; a process of illuminating what’s been hidden and unlocking your full potential.
The name Innara is rooted in ancient wisdom and mythology. In Arabic, it means “illuminating” or “shining,” derived from the verb nur, which signifies bringing light. In Hittite mythology, Innara was the god of woods and fields, a guardian of the natural world and its rhythms. The name also appears in Luwian and Proto-Indo-European languages, where it signifies strength and power. Additionally, Innara can be seen as a blend of INner, NAture, and RA, the Egyptian sun god, representing light, wisdom, and life force energy.
At its core, Innara is about connection, between mind, body, and soul, between humans and nature, and between knowledge and intuition. It’s also about understanding that our personal journeys don’t unfold in isolation: we are deeply influenced by the systems we live in through cultural narratives, societal expectations, economic pressures, and collective patterns. Healing and transformation, therefore, are not only about shifting what’s within us but also about finding freedom and clarity within these wider contexts.
And while transformation can be deep and powerful, it can also be joyful, freeing, and even playful. Because as Innara guides you to becoming your favorite self, this doesn’t mean being perfect. It means being fully, authentically you:
a version of yourself that is healing, learning, growing, making mistakes, laughing deeply, and living life with openness and wonder. That’s where the magic happens.
I’m honored to be part of your path. If you’re ready to explore what’s possible for you, let’s connect.

Let's meet!
