Life can bring moments where you feel stuck, uncertain, or disconnected from yourself. You may be seeking clarity, moving through a transition, processing emotional challenges, or simply wanting to feel more grounded and alive. In our sessions, we create space to explore what is present for you, at your pace and on your terms.


The people I work with often face difficult relationship dynamics, stress, or the after-effects of past trauma and emotional wounds. Others come with a deep desire to grow, awaken to their full potential, or reconnect with what truly matters to them. Whatever brings you here, your story is welcome.


My approach blends modern psychology and neuroscience (such as polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and elements of schema therapy) with somatic and nature-based practices (including breathwork, walking, and other forms of movement, depending on what would fit to your personality). Alongside this, I take a systemic perspective: we explore how your personal experiences are shaped by family systems, relationship patterns, and even wider societal influences — such as living in a patriarchal or capitalistic culture that can shape how we view ourselves, our worth, and our relationships.


By working not only with the mind, but also with the body, and spirit, we create space for deeper integration and lasting change. This holistic and systemic approach helps you not only understand yourself more fully but also navigate the world around you with greater clarity and resilience.

Each package includes a series of 1:1 sessions, supportive practices, and reflection tools,
whether we meet outdoors in nature or online.
