Breathwork
Breathwork is an essential part of the guidance I offer. Using evidence-based, trauma-informed techniques, I help you regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and restore emotional balance.
Whether you're healing from trauma, recovering from toxic relationships, or simply carrying too much stress, conscious breath can reconnect you with safety, presence, and vitality.
While breathwork is woven into all Innara sessions, I also offer focused breathwork sessions or collaborations with medical professionals such as speech therapists or respiratory specialists.

In which languages do you offer your services?
I offer all my services in Dutch and English. You can choose the language that feels most comfortable for you.
Do you work online or in person?
I offer both online and in-person sessions. Because I currently don’t have a fixed practice space, and believe in the power of movement and nature, all in-person sessions take place outdoors. If that’s not possible, we’ll meet online instead.
The availability of in-person sessions depends on my current location, as I travel internationally. My home base is Maastricht, the Netherlands. You can always check my website or contact me directly to see where I am and whether in-person sessions are available.
How do I know which offering is right for me?
Each offering at Innara supports your growth, healing, and transformation, but they meet you at different stages of your journey:
The packages (Awakening Self, Healing Self, Thriving Self) provide personalized guidance with a blend of coaching, counseling, and somatic work like breathwork.
- Awakening is ideal if you're seeking clarity and a deeper awareness of yourself and your patterns and coping mechanisms.
- Healing supports emotional release, pattern shifts, and nervous system regulation.
- Thriving helps you (re)align with your purpose, values, and vision for life.
These 2–3 month journeys are designed to meet you where you are and move with you.
- Circles, workshops or other events offer group connection, through breathwork and/or other themed exercises, to explore inner wisdom, emotional release, and community reflection in a safe, sacred space.
- Retreats are immersive experiences in nature that deepen transformation, rest, and embodiment: ideal if you’re ready to step away from daily life and drop fully into yourself.
If you’re not sure where to start, that’s completely okay. I’ll help you clarify what resonates most and ensure you’re supported, even if that means referring you elsewhere. Most of my work blends different tools to meet your unique path with presence and purpose.
Why don’t you offer individual sessions separately?
Because real, lasting change takes time. Research shows it takes around 8–12 weeks to form new neural pathways and truly shift habits. One or two sessions may bring insight, but they rarely create sustainable transformation.
That’s why I offer my work in structured packages designed to support you over several weeks or months. Single sessions are only available as add-ons or continuations after we’ve already built a solid foundation together.
What if I only want to do breathwork?
Yes, that’s possible. I offer fully tailored breathwork trajectories where the number and focus of sessions are adjusted to your needs, whether you want to optimise your breathing (e.g. as an athlete) or simply deepen your connection to your breath.
Because your breath and your life are deeply connected, I often include guidance or coaching alongside the exercises to support your overall well-being.
If you just want to get a feel for breathwork or experience a powerful emotional breakthrough, you can also join my bi-weekly breathing circles or book one of my occasional breakthrough breathwork sessions, either as a one-off or subscription-based.
For a broader journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation, breathwork is also integrated into my main packages: Awakening Self, Healing Self, and Thriving Self.
How often do you organize circles?
I organize two types of circles, with minimum 2, up to 6-8 persons max:
- Themed circles: Held quarterly with different themes (e.g., natural elements like air or fire) and incorporating different methods (narrative, embodiment, etc.)
- Breathwork circles: Held biweekly, currently only available online.

How often do you organize retreats?
Retreats are planned based on demand. In my retreats, I bring together coaching, breathwork, and holistic practices, working alongside specialists such as yoga instructors, personal trainers, sound healers, and nutritionists to create an immersive experience for deep transformation.

Yes! I am available for collaborations with retreat organizers, businesses, and wellness professionals.

No, my services are not covered by health insurance. However, I do offer options such as paying in terms, depending on your circumstances.
